PROBLEM :
Create and Develop a client portal along side the admin portal for a Real Estate Photography Company to easily deliver their photos, keep track of their past orders and easy booking.
PROBLEM :
Worked for a Real Estate Photography Company as an assistant/editor/photographer, I overviewed all task of the company. Over viewing the clients experience, here are the problems that I overseen:
Disorganized Booking
Using several online services to deliver their photos
Past orders are not organized.
PROCESS :
Similar to the Client portal, wire-framing process was also conducted.
VIEWING ORDERS
Clients can easily view their currents orders they have for the week
A small window pop up to see the most relevant order for the client.
Order window will shows all the necessary information for the client to know.
