PROJECT :
Create and Develop a portal for a Real Estate Photography Company to easily deliver photos, keep track of income, bill clients and organize schedules.
PROBLEM :
Worked for a Real Estate Photography Company as an assistant/editor/photographer, I overviewed all task of the company. Over viewing clients, photographer and admins task, here are the problems that I overseen from interviewing the company’s employees :
Using several separate online services to achieve different tasks.
Clients have confusion scheduling and buying photos
Photographers have difficulty looking through their schedules
Accounting is very disorganized and error-prone because of the separate online services being used and manually inputting data.

PROCESS :


Homepage - Dashboard reports the performance of the company.

Orders
- list of all the orders
- a status checker will make the job easier by knowing right away which orders needs attention.

Clicking on an Order
- Shows all the photos that are available for purchase.
- Additional information such as address and client contact.
- Admin has ability to download and delete pictures.

Under Orders - Stores and Coupons has the same options. Final upload has the action to upload the finished edited pictures, ready for delivery.

Accounting Dashboard displays the overall performance and expenses of the company.

Expenses
- Lists all expenditures
- Ability to categorize and manually input expense data

Invoicing made easy to keep track and create new ones.

Calendar View by Month, Week, Day.

Straightforward options when booking and blocking photographers.

Under Clients - Dashboard will have an overview performance of both realtors and office in the system.
